We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and perfect for our family, featuring a comfy pull-out sofa bed which our kids loved. The breakfast offered a variety that kept everyone happy, and we appreciated how clean everything was throughout our stay.

The hotel provided great amenities for families. We enjoyed our visit to Great American Ball Park—a fun outing for the kids and a live game atmosphere that we loved. The breakfast had plenty of options to please everyone.

A highlight was the spa shower with jet sprays, providing an invigorating experience. Breakfast was fresh and hot, surpassing what’s typically offered at hotels. It was a pleasure to interact with the friendly and accommodating staff.

We had a fantastic time in the Standard King Room with Sofa Bed! It was super spacious with a comfy sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and refrigerator. The indoor pool was great for relaxing. The fitness center had everything we needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was always around to help. The location was really convenient too!

Great for families with kids

The king suite was fantastic and the accessible shower was heaven. The staff was extraordinary, always ready to help when we needed something.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what we got it was still acceptable.

Room maintenance left something to be desired. I had a shower handle that detached during my stay, accompanied by some questionable plumbing residue. Additionally, the lobby faced consistent water issues from poolgoers, leading to slippery conditions. There seemed to be an insufficient number of handicap parking spaces, which is curious for a place that hosts events. My mother was disappointed with her burger, which came from a staff member juggling too many responsibilities at the bar without a proper cook in sight. These aspects suggested a bit of disorganization that impacted the overall experience.

We had a fantastic night in a queen room with a spa shower! The breakfast was great with fluffy eggs and the cleanest facilities I've seen. The pool was smaller than expected though.
